HELLLO PARRY ships worldwide using Australia Post. 

The time frames below are estimated only and will depend on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer if you live outside of the metropolitan area of major cities and during peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year. 

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping – each additional item will be approx 70% off shipping cost. 


Please allow 1 – 2 business day delivery time once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping cost normally ranges from AUD 7 (jewellery) to AUD 10 (clothing), calculated by weight, and can be viewed when you check out.

FREE SHIPPING within Australia for orders over $100 (cannot be used together with any other discount/promotion).

We use Australia Post express post with tracking. You will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number (check your spam folder), which you can use to track your order by clicking the following link  


We use Australia Post International Airmail for all international orders. 

Standard shipping: 7 – 12 business days. Shipping cost normally ranges from AUD 10–15, calculated by weight, and can be viewed when you check out. Please note that standard shipping is selected as the default service on our website. Standard shipping does not come with tracking. 

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season.

Express courier shipping (3 – 5 business days) is not offered as a standard service, however can be requested by contacting us at [email protected] after your order has been placed. 


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. HELLO PARRY is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to HELLO PARRY due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
